Commissioned by the Canadian Broadcast Corporation for use across all of CBC Radio’s traditional broadcast and Sirius Satellite platforms these three music beds are designed to be used in various promotional messaging (upcoming shows, CBC sponsored events etc). But why they are interesting in a sonic branding sense is that they are all built around CBC’s previously developed audio logo, which is literally a 3 note sting consisting of the musical notes C, B and C (alright, technically two notes but played a total of 3 times!). A prime example of the inherent scalability of the well designed sonic brand.
